Industry Corporate Business Sales Manager
I am a Sales Manager for the Telco and Media customers and some strategic global Industry accounts at Getronics. It is extremely rewarding to work with a limited number of key accounts. It allows me to spend time better understanding their business and challenges, and to detect ways to support them by means of IT technology and services. All with the aim to improve the productivity of their employees or to decrease operational costs and have a positive impact on their profit or revenue. This means I bring value to my customers and become a trusted business partner for them.

Innovation should keep your nwow process crispy

15 February 2011

When the New World of Work has been implemented and it still smells like fresh paint or a new car. Is it finished now? How do you make sure that it will still remain fresh and crispy in one or two years from today?

Will our processes and methods have evolved?
Will our technology and tools still be state of the art?
Will all the good vibes and motivation have dried up?

Innovation should be the answer to all of these concerns! While we rolled the NWOW approach in Diegem, we also kick-started the Innovationboard. The Innovationboard had as sole objective to promote, stimulate and certify innovative ideas from all Getronics employees and have them approved and implemented by the Executive Management Team.

This means a formal and controllable (via a blog) service has been put in place to assure that we can keep our internal processes and tools up to speed and keep our NWOW as crispy as it still it today!

It was up to us all to make NWOW happen and make it a success! It will remain up to us to continu submitting and launching new innovative ideas to keep our work environment and processes state of the art.

NWOW is there to stay ;)

Do you have an process in place to promote and stimulate innovation?
